Kenneth Amaradio

Chief Executive Officer

Ken is responsible for creating and achieving the company’s vision, mission and goals. Ken is passionate about providing the highest level of customer service and deploying the best products in the industry. He manages and develops the Senior Leadership Team by ensuring that everyone is focused on the core value of service. Ken enjoys serving the employees of 360 so that they can be successful in their positions and achieve their personal and professional goals.

Ken’s guiding principles are (1) service to our customers and each other, (2) the pursuit of excellence in all that we do and (3) maintaining a spirit of personal, spiritual and educational growth.

Ken was the top-ranked Sales Manager at Verengo Solar. At Verengo, he achieved over $70M in annual sales at the highest realization rate and customer service levels. Ken was also President of Quest Real Estate and Development.  He built this real estate and land development company from the ground up – netting over $120M in annual sales at its peak.

Ken has a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Science and Technology from Thomas Edison State University. Ken is a certified Paramedic and Pilot. When he’s not working, Ken rides Motocross, flies recreationally, snowboards and restores classic cars.  His favorite book is Eddie Rickenbacker’s Autobiography. Ken lives in Murrieta CA with his wife, son and daughter.

Tony Hickman


Tony is responsible for driving the culture of customer service and accountability in the company. He finds and cultivates partnerships with the best Finance Companies, Distributors and Manufacturers in the industry. He ensures that all projects are managed and constructed with the highest level of quality.

Tony’s guiding principles are (1) accountability to each other, (2) open communication and trust, (3) constantly striving to improve and (4) being optimistic and realistic.

Two of his favorite quotes are: “Keep your eyes on the stars and your feet on the ground” (Eleanor Roosevelt) and “The best way to find out if you can trust somebody is to trust them” (Ernest Hemingway).

Tony was Operations Manager for Dan’s Roofing where he worked with the owner to streamline sales and operations processes. He drove a critical cultural shift in the company’s history to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction ever. Tony was also CEO of Sightline Entertainment. He founded this production company which created films, TV, documentaries and music videos. One of this most successful feature films “Broken Windows” garnered numerous awards and critical acclaim.

Tony has a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Arts and Sciences in TV, Film and New Media Production from SDSU. When he’s not working, Tony plays with his kids, coaches soccer, enjoys films and hangs out on the beach.  His favorite book is Confederacy of Dunces, his favorite movie is The Big Lebowski and he is a die-hard Padres and Chargers fan. Tony lives in Oceanside CA with his wife Kristy, kids (Bella, Ben, Jacob) and Baily the dog.

Dave Shaw

Director of Sales

Dave is responsible for creating, managing and achieving all Sales and Marketing strategies, goals and objectives.

Dave’s guiding principles are integrity, work ethic, passion and steadiness.

Dave was Director of Sales for Direct Energy where he increased sales by 300% year over year. He was also Regional Sales Director at SUNRUN where he doubled sales year over year and launched key markets. At Verengo Solar, Dave served as National Sales Director – leading 150+ Field Energy Consultants and achieving over $200M in annual revenue.

Dave has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Cal Poly Pomona. When he’s not working, Dave spends time with his family and goes camping. He lives in Murrieta, CA with his wife Vickie, Kobi the dog, Rocky and Charlie the cats.
